Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Cancellation of Order
- ・We can not accept cancellation of order with delivery already processed.
- ・We can not accept cancellation of order with if the item(s) is/are damaged by usage.
- ・Please understand that there may be a difference of color and a fabric between an item and the online representation of item on the website.
- ・Some of the items are unavailable for cancel nor exchange. Please check the item details under "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" section of the item prior to purchase.
- ・We can not accept cancellation of order with if the item(s) fall under the following category.
- Aforementioned no-cancellation items such as special sales or discount.
- Made to order items
- Items with customization by request
- Out-of-stock items ordered by a customer
- Items already opened or used

Cancellation of defective items
The original invoice/bill of delivery and item tag are necessary to return the defective item. We can not accept cancellation of order without the paper and tag.
Please contact &Orb customer support within 7 days of item's arrival.
We can not accept cancellation or return without prior notice.
Exchange of defective item
It is possible if there is an alternative item in stock.
We will bear all the shipping fee for the exchange of a defective item.
Shipping fee for Exchange or return
If the item is defective or different than ordered, we will bear all the shipping fee.
If you partially cancel the order, and the total sum of the order be less than JPY 10,800, there will be a charge for the international shipping.
Refund for a customer with a credit card
We will cancel the credit card transaction.
There may be a case where the credit card company charges the original order price, but it will be either refunded or canceled in the following month.
